Please read the terms of use of the following End User License Agreement before using any Products or sound elements hosted at sonoflash

By using any of the Products you agree to become bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree with the terms of this License do not use any of the Products. Sonoflash guarantees all Products offered on Sonoflash have been created specially by the Licensor.

1. The Products shall remain the property of the Licensor and are licensed, not sold, to the Licensee for use in Adobe Flash productions.

2. A right to use the Products is granted to the Licensee and is NOT transferable. If the Licensee is a company then one License will be required for each office. One License allows the Licensee to install the Products on one workstation. For additional workstations an additional License will be required. For an enquiry into an unlimited License email license@sonoflash.com.

3. The Licensee may use the Products for the following development:

As part of a ‘derivative work’. The Products must be used in combination with other visual/graphical elements and/or sounds to create a production such as games, applications, websites or multi media presentations.

The Licensee may NOT use the Products for the following:

As part of a template or products selling or creating sound as its core purpose such as a ringtone or music generation software.

4. The Products may be used for commercial development to create products that are NOT for multiple sales such as but not exclusively; websites, website hosted games/applications and presentations. If the Products are used in products designated for multiple sales the Licensee will require an Extended License. For enquiry email license@sonoflash.com.

5. For Embedding/OEM Licenses for the purpose of, but not exclusively, embedding the entire or part of the Products library into applications for commercial distribution, CD-ROMS, mobile phones and PDAs the Licensee will require an Embedding/OEM License. For enquiry email license@sonoflash.com.

6. Products designated by Sonoflash as ‘Free’ Products can be used for non-commercial purposes for products that are NOT for multiple copy distribution such as but not exclusively a website, website hosted games/applications and presentations.

7. This License expressly forbids resale or other distribution of the Products, either as they exist on Sonoflash, or any modification thereof. The Licensee cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign or transfer all or any of the Products to another user, service or reseller.

8. The Licensor will not be responsible if the contents of these samples do not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee.
